Our trainers

Animal trainer, training adviser Tommy Wirén is in charge of the training in Trainer’s Choice. He works full-time with animal training lecturing and teaching in schools and giving training advice for private persons as well as companies in different kinds of events. He also trains assistant dogs as needed.

Tommy Wirén is actively working in the clicker training association Clicker Trainers Club Finland. He is one of the founding members of the association which was founded in 1999. Since then he’s been in charge of the training and the events in CTC.

According to the principles of Trainer’s Choice, a trainer is never perfect. Therefore, our trainers are frequently updating their knowledge. During the last few years Tommy Wirén has, for example, studied training technology in Sweden on Bob Bailey’s courses among others. Besides the clients’ dogs his own herd, Rottweilers Pate and Peto and Golden Retriever Mira, makes sure that he doesn’t lack practical training either.
